You asked for it so here it is! My famous POCA Nuggets! This recipe is versatile, you can also make burger Pattie’s using the same recipe just shape your peas differently! This is one of my favorite meals to eat because you can add it to a salad, or just eat them with fries. They’re also packed with plant protein.
